Batman Arkham asylum not working!

Hi,
I have installed batman arkham asylum , but it crashes when i run it.
My PC config:
intel i3-540 3.06 Ghz
nvidia 8400GS 1GB(video memory - 1754 MB)
2GB Ram.

i am trying to run on windows 7 32-bit.

I want to play this game B-)

The same installation worked on my friends pc, where as for me its not at all working, his pc got lower config than mine.

Get a pc with lower config then..
It's also running fine in me bt really a very big boring game.U will stop playing it after 20% of total game.BTW my config
intel core 2 duo
4gb ram
nvidea 1024 mb
Win xp

Yes i have latest nvidia drivers, the game not even start or show any error just it opens and closes and windows trouble shooter opens

Update your DirectX and try again (Search on google for directxwebsetup) .. if still not works then install a fresh windows again..

You have Psysx installed and enabled?

Install phsyx. btw its an awesome game waiting for the next part..

guyz it's not phsyx.. it's "PhysX" and it's a Nvidia Software and it installs automatically with nvidia drivers.. it comes inside them.. so no need to install that separately.. I think he already have PhysX installed.. So Try to update DirectX

Yes i have latest drivers,physx updated and nvidia 280.xx drivers.
I have Directx11 installed latest.
When i run it looks like this:

Can anyone guide me to disable physx i cant see any option..

u can do that in control panel of nvidia..

but to me that doesn't look helpful.. u should install windows again

There is no option in nvidia panel to disable pysx.

I cant re-install windows
