One of my ticket was closed without answer from Technical support Dept may be bcz it was an activation failure related issue even after payment, but it means the support is active, please activate my account, kindly look into the matter
So first you do a mess with the monthly bill, I send you a ticket, you write me back after 3 days. Then again you do a mess, I write you back, no reply as well. But apart this problem, I have a really big issue with somebody who apparently hacked my RDP account and apparently has access to it. I sent you a ticket 12 hours ago, no reply. The support guy who used to be on skype is always away and/or is ignoring my messages. You used to have a live chat, gone as well. What the hell is a customer required to do in order to resolve an issue with you?
You are advertising 24/7 support, your one is a 0/0 support. I have an URGENT issue to resolve, or you get back to me or you can say goodbye to me as customer after over 3 years.
You used to provide a decent customer service, this is one of the reasons I have been with you for so much time. Now your support is ZERO.
