I can't connect to RD...this is kinda annoying...I have around 300 GB files yet to back up from server and my due is on 10th.

@LeaseWeb Will be taking over RapidSpeeds servers and clients. If you have a server with us, it will be switched back on tomorrow morning!

I have no idea if compensation will be given for the downtime from leaseweb or not...if they give..will we get compensation too ?

I hope no data is lost or I will be all f***'ed up with no choice left.

Please pay the invoice of server..if u get them Once server is switched (Tomorrow)...so tht I don't loose my data & files.

You bought the new server and moved on..You won't understand this cause u didn't made any loss...and it's me who is suffering a loss...Loss of money & loss of Data,Work & time.
When I question u on Yahoo Instant msg..u say..you already bought new server for your client.(guess, to sell to new client) and when I ask...wat abt us...u goes all quite.

Let me ask you...What I am suppose to do ?

I can understand that part...but at least file a dispute against them to get the money back....when I talked to leaseweb..they are reluctant to speak on data n server..whether if we will be able to get it back again or not.

On the other hand...just asking for new account won't really be helpful as those data is something which I want back.

as far as i can see, it's not really good news at your end:

just a temporary restore so those who got data can grab it to move on other provider or continue to LW.

but RDP providers wont benefit from it because they will take it down again, you can continue to LW but it will be a new contract meaning you'll pay for it as different contract and not continuation of your RS dealing so the amount you paid to RS will be gone for good.
 
tested the new server, it's fast like the usual offer here w/c are down atm bcoz of the RS issue.

yup no complain from me on AwesomeRDP as the issue was RapidSpeeds f#c%ing up. i know subhy doing everything he can to transfer the users from RS servers to a new one.

i got a US RDP but my NL will remain on AwesomeRDP.
