Am i allowed to use the Program DVDfab 9 on servers where encoding is allowed, following the regular "no overcharge" rules?

Difference - number of users. 14 - standard vs 18 - budget. Even though the budget servers are yet to touch the 16 users mark.

Yes dvdfab9 is allowed in encoding plans.
24x7 encoding is not allowed, other users will suffer.
