Hey subhy, I don't know the why but I am getting this error "This computer can't connect to the remote computer."Can you please look into the issue? I have created a support ticket #114628. Please treat this most urgent.
 
Recent software installation changed Remote Desktop entries in my computer so I had to manually edit them, thank you for guiding me step by step, I really appreciate it.
