automatic bakup ??

hey i just wanted to know is there any free software or simple script to do a automatic backup of sql database like after 24 hours or some other time....but it should be automatic .... :smug::smug:...i need it work with smf 1.14

What OS u got :s if its a VPS then u can set CronJobs from command line
