Auto Thumbnail Generator Wordpress

I am starting a tube site using the beetube theme on wordpress.The videos will not be hosted but embed from Videomega/Videowood/openload

Which plugin can help by setting automatically a thumbnail as the featured image?

I have already used the "Video Embed & Thumbnail Generator" plugin but it doesn't work.It will not properly identify the link from each of the hosts.What should i do?

Try to search "Auto post thumbnail plugins for wordpress" on google. before this plugin works you must include any images on your content, this plugin fetch any first images in your content.
