Is there any script exist which is able to Auto Download/Upload to Server and Post Article into Wordpress Site ?

For Example Auto Process Would be:
1. Auto Download File Hosting Links from specific forum site sections
2. Auto Upload into our Website Hosting via ftp
3. Auto download all of the images and content from the specific site section posts
4. Auto paste all of the images and content into our wordpress post and publish it with ftp link generated?

How to do that?
