At what age you started coding?

Now im 16 and im feeling like a retard DAMN!!! I dont do computer a school :((
but i want to be asoftware programmer later :((

Hey common dude, you can still make a start.
16 is perfect age to start coding lolz :P
Learning C first is the main thing, if you clear all your concepts in C language then learning different languages will be very easy for you :)

Ok guys so I should start with the C. Any good place to start as? . I learned photoshop basics from Lynda so is there anything similar to Lynda that has to do with C
 
Age doesn't have shit to do with someones ability to program.
I could have been programming at like 8 if I would have had the interest then.
 
I did not have Internet until 2008 because i live in the home below the mountains where the sheep graze.

In these 2 years using internet my life changed somehow because i started to earn money online and thats my only satisfaction :D

Started coding when i was 11-12 years old.. Now i am 15.5 years......
I started my first warez website when i was 14 years...... Is that okay going for me ?
 
Started in teh VX Scene about 10 years ago with Batch, Yes Batch :p
Made a few lame virus's then dibble dabbled with JS, VBS & VB,
Made a few more lame virus's then about 9 years ago i moved over to teh Hacking Scene,
Spent some time developing sh!t Hacking tools then realized i needed a site to release them so about 8 years ago i started to learn HTML,
Few years later i joined teh Reverse Engineering Scene,
Stayed there for a while before leaving teh net to have a baby,
Come back to teh net a few years down teh line and things had changed,
Starting touching up on my HTML skills & started learning CSS,
Started learning PHP & Smarty, Which brings us up to present day ...
Get Blazed :D

So i started when i was about 17.
 
I started wen i was 13 and within a month i could develop valid Xhtml Pages now i am learning php to start developing scripts .

BTW i learnt via Youtube Videos XD
 
well i think i should get my lazy ass to work now ... i will start learning html. , css, js, php ... is it necessary to know c ??????????
