are Japan (.jp) domains good for warez/pron forums/sites ?

i'm about to buy/register few domains as they are single words but .jp domains.
now the question: is it a good idea to run a warez or pron forum/site on a .jp domain ?

Japan has implement very strict laws concerning copyright infringement
Better register a .ws or .su and you are good to go

I would choose a .eu domain. There is a lot of web-sites with warez/porn content using this extension.

Don't forget to buy a hosting in a country like Russia.
