Anyone verified their paypal account by vcccheap.com credit/debit card? Are they reliable? What about paypal not supported countries? This can be helpful for non supported countries like Bangladesh?

Hawk, I'm not sure, but I think that most VCC's work for whole Europe

Used their PayPal and VPN. So far so good especially that their prices are very cheap for the quality of service provided.
