I want to build a coupon listing site. I have built blogs but don't have any experience & budget in custom-coding or for hiring a Freelancer so I'd like to ask for your help.

I want to create a site where local vendors can create their profiles, share their companies & then share updates, news, coupon codes, offers & sales with the readers & visitors of the site.
