It seems then that bank wire withdraws are normal now that Alertpay is Payza.
However, I would someone to confirm if withdraws using the Alertpay prepaid card are normal too with Payza.

You guys WORRY to much!
I've been with AlertPay since 2 years, never had problems. Been transferring money in and out all the time. They are VERY SLOW at this that is the only down side.
