Anybody With 1fichier Premium?

I have had trouble lately in trying to download my own files as a premium user. When I click the download link, it redirects me to the free user page with the "Warning ! Without premium status, you can download only one file at a time and you must wait up to 5 minutes between each downloads." error. I am a premium user til 8/27/2013. I have used both Internet Explorer and Firefox, but I received the error in both browsers. Also my accounts says I have 0.00GB of direct download traffic. I thought premium was unlimited downloading?

I have sent 1fichier a support email, but I was just wondering if its just my account or have someone else experienced this problem?

I have 1fichier premium but have never experienced problem like you.

I use jdownloader to occasionally download my own files and it's always been fast and good.

I have premium, but no problem. I use JD also for download.
