You could go with the various hosting providers here on WJ who offer you Windows or Linux based VPS which can be used to solve your problem. Or you can go with RDA Hosting providers who offer you a windows solution or a remote computer where you can upload your files from.

I am listing few providers who I have great experience from .

VPS :

i don't have much knowledge about vps , but if the files is in my pc then how can i upload it with vps ?

for me what is vps
vps is like another computer front of you where you can enter and you can do want you want with high download and upload speed ,

my question
if the files is in my pc then how can i upload it with vps ?

Yeah VPS is not really an option.

If the stuff is on your home PC then you have no other choice but to use your own bandwidth to upload it to the destination of your choosing.

If you know anyone with a fast connection then you could ask them to upload it for you.

An alternative would be if you could find the stuff online (torrents / links / newsgroups etc..) then rent a VPS and just download it to the box and upload from there.

Doing 300gb with 150kbps is just silly

contact me if you need help on uploading :)

I can provide you a free ftp to upload your file, then I will upload it to your needed filehosts.

Buy one 1U server and pay for a co-location service from a data center. Store your files in the server, and ship the server to the data center. It's not cheap but it's the most efficient way.
