Ah dont know regarding shared but most of the vps/dedi providers dont mind running glype or any other proxy script site

Really ? But I see in many TOS of many hosting sites saying proxy scripts are prohibited. No mention of which server:/

We allow proxy scripts on our vps or seedbox vps.

Most providers accept private proxys, not public. Open a ticket with your provider if you would like to know their stand on the case.
