Any good (offshore) Domain registrar who won't leak my data to 3rd parties ??

I'm looking for a good domain registrar who won't leak my data to 3rd parties and won't suspend my domain based on DMCA.

I was planning to use Internet.BS but it seems that they are no-more reliable, they suspended a lot of domains to non legitimate DMCA notices.

Internet.BS (aka Internet Bahamas) was for a long time the go-to offshore domain registrar. In June 2014, Internet.BS was purchased by UK-based CentralNIC, which also holds offices in the US. This means Internet.BS can no longer be considered an offshore registrar. It is also imposing UK VAT of 20% for EU residents.

Also what do you think about webnames.ru, is it really good ??
