Any good filehost for PPD which counts ALL downloads ??

Most of the good filehosts counts only i file per ip per 24 hours or 1 file per 250 minuter per ip. Even Bitshare and Rapidgator comes into this category. Does anyone knows any filehost which counts ALL downloads and have a good download rate ??

They are good but they offer only 20 GB storage for Free users. That's the major drawback of file4sharing.....

And what about Filevelocity ??
Do they count multiple downloads from the same IP ?
Do they count downloads from all countries ?
(Asking this because i cannot find the tier of all countries in their PPD affliate table)
 
Filevelocity has 50 gb storage for free user. Seems it counts all downloads but sometimes earning count doesn't work (they count downloads but no earning). Raveeshm, in my opinion there isn't a host which counts all download, some hosts are cheaters and others count just 1 download for ip/24 hours.

Other informations about filevelocity:

-rank system: honestly I don't understand how they give you rank

-remote upload is very bad

Okay thanx. You said they count ALL downloads.
So does that means that they count multiple downloads from same IP and they count downloads from all countries too which are not present in three given tiers ??

Umm it's not so good, they 're saying "50 €" but there are conditions. To be able have 50 €/1000 dl you need to share files of 2 GB or more and I don't know many uploaders doing this kind of things and even no many downloaders ready to dl so heavy stuff taking them 5 hours. Resultats: they offer less competitive rates.
(Everything is a Marketing question -_-)
