I really don't mean to sound harsh..but that layout is not appealing in any way.
In fact, it just makes me not want to look at it. The colors colide, and contradict, and where they don't, the colors are blended to the point where it is just boring to read. Darken the text, or the background...try to get it to stand out.
Also, the ad is very poorly placed. Either remove it, create a graphically-bordered table for it, or try to center it vertically. (You can learn how to do this on sites such as
w3schools.com)
Right now, it just seems like any other of the 1000's of warez sites out there.
A little more work though, and you will have a good, solid site.
