Why is performance of HDD so low? Any time during day, noon, afternoon, night, entire last week, performance of the disk don't go past 10MB/s whether I upload, download, rar, or copy files... and 10MB/s I get only in peaks. 12 ppl on one server is too much mate. It's called raping. What happened with quality?

also as i cleared in email, we are moving your vps, so you cant access to it for couple of hours.
