We are looking to buy Blogs with pretty good traffic , above 500 visitors a day is okay . We have set up high budget for this .

*Site must be a blog not a forum , wordpress is recommended .
* No porn , bollywood or mp3 sites
* Must have 75% Western European or American traffic .No Indian traffic sites .
* Must provide Google analytics and earnings stats .
* Traffic source must be atleast 75% from search engine or constant traffic sources .
* No sites that depend on Twilight , katz (I know it's down now ) , or such DDL sites .

We can pay up to 8 months income , if you aren't making any income , you can still message us and site valuation will be based on traffic .

Please note that , For Average/Big deals , we are going to test ads on your site for 2 - 3 days before we buy it just to make sure that your stats and traffic quality are valid .

:D I wouldn't be here buying Warez sites then , I'd be on Flippa buying established legit sites :P

Anyway , If you have a good site , with good traffic stats then we wouldn't argue much about the price .

@Rick , Same purpose why anybody would buy a site from flippa . We buy sites , monetize them well and this should pay back in long term .

You're wrong. Almost people here only want to sell their site with high price but didn't want to buy the site with that price even it's really good enough.
