yes i know he go to reply to me saying i have do a phishing or spamming with my server

but its not true, the only think on my server its a movies web site

my first month with alexhost, down for more 24 hour,
after that he come back and after 1 days i get my account banned with no explication no warning, nothing just he bas your server and say you do an illegal activities such spam or phishing

Are you the same user that is currently saying that in many places?

If you had a VPS service in NL, we had an outage with affected many clients under NL Location.
After the restoration of the service (which only affected Netherlands location), we gave to our clients (1 MONTH free of cost) for the outages of the network (if you have been affected by this you can contact us and we will give +1 Month free of cost for you only if you had NL VPS with us!)

This issue was been resolved and fixed in the Netherlands Location. Now everything is working and running smoothly.

Alexhost doesn't suspend any client without a valid reason! This is the truth. We don't allow Spam, Fraud, Phishing, IP Blacklisting in our network once is detected we will suspend the service!

Did you open a ticket support? If yes, you got the answer why you got suspended.
Please contact us and we will check closely again if is not you (but "assuming" that you are the same person that are telling that in other places).

The only way you can get suspended is by breaking our rules (Acceptable Usage Policy / AUP *Point 1.4)

Hi, I heard good things about them and paid for 1 year hosting as well as domain name

However, the service was not started although payment was deducted and I opened a ticket as well. Now I get 502 Bad gateway error when I try to login. please help me. I paid full 1 year fees in advance. Please help me. I think I did not turn off my VPN at the time of payment. Just after the payment was over and raising a ticket my account is not working anymore. Please help me. I paid full amount for 2 services for 1 year.
