im finding truoble to find Addz that acctually allow warez i know of Adbrite but do they pay with paypal or how do they pay anyone know

Nope they don't pay you by PayPal, try ClickSor they pay you by PayPal.
I heard some guys that get their payment by PayPal from Adbrite i guess that is just them!

adbrite pays only through cheques.

I'm not sure about clicksor whether they allow warez sites or not but if they then you need to have a certain amount of daily page views to use clicksor http://clicksor.com/pub/publisher_specification.php
