To start with, it's essential not to forget to generate a unique code for any banners you place on your website.

However if you decide to place more than 1 banner on a webpage, please keep in mind that overloading your page with too many banners may lead to banner blindness, which can reduce their effectiveness. A better strategy is to experiment with different ad formats, especially combining few of them like: Pops + Social Bar + Native ads, to achieve better results.

I received complaints that the banner ad was doing a browser redirect to a casino site for a few visitors already. Can you do something about it? Is this an isolated case where an advertiser is breaking rules or is Adsterra intentionally cheating on publishers?

I specifically opt to using a banner ad since I want my site visitors to have a better experience and not getting redirected. Please fix this.

If your users report redirects or you are having any other issues, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team through live chat or by email as soon as possible. This will enable us to resolve your concerns promptly.

We take these concerns very seriously. At Adsterra, we have a strict policy in place to prevent misleading advertisements and act as quickly as possible to filter out such content. Although we conduct ongoing automated and manual reviews of advertiser material, some deceptive campaigns may occasionally slip through and be tested on the network before they're identified and removed.

I hate how slimy you get when counting CPM/traffic. I tried directing more of the same traffic towards your popunders by increasing their frequency but the moment I did the CPM started to gradually drop as if to balance my earnings back to where it originally was. You're literally stealing from me. I decided to fuck it and just brought back your popunders to its original frequency and went back to popads.net since they at least show twice the traffic count for the same amount of traffic and they have consistent CPM.

One of the factors that affects CPM is uniqueness. If you decided to increase the ad frequency, uniqueness will decrease, and CPM will drop as well. You need to increase the number of users and set the frequency to the most optimal level for the quality of the traffic that you send.
