Adsense question

Hey guys,
I want to know if its possible to somehow change what the image that adsense shows up, to make it more enticing for someone to click it. yet when they click it, it still would go to the original add that is ment to be shown?

The images/rich ads are provided by advertisers.

and then register with adsense
