Admincp not working

Hello everyone,i have some problem in admincp,i was using vb3.8.6 patched 1,and today i upgraded it to vb3.8.7 Bata1,i upgraded it because i thought my problem would be solved,but it didnt,the problem is that when ever i add a plugin,edit template,edit settings in vBulletin Options,and adding a style,i get this screen below:

i checked my database in myphpadmin,i got this error on the RIGHT,see the image below:

Can Any One help me please,thanks ......

i know whats the problem,are you on dedicated server or shared hosting,and it has nothing to do woith mysql at all
