Adding latestdownloads links only in general download sections

I want to add latestdownloads links just below/above post content, but only in general download sections and not in site upload sections.
How can I do that?
I'm using phpbb3.

dont use theyr links, they dont pay for theyr affiliates, go whit some other site, like yottacash,sharingzone....etc

try to ask someone who uses a phpbb site for a longer time. i'm not that fimilar with phpbb, and too lazy to seach the whole code to find it.

If I were you I wouldn't promote them since they fail to pay their affiliates.

On forums it's not worth it to have those links, you won't get a community feeling cause of the fake links, and forums convert terrible as well
