Adult sites are indexed the same way as others do. I don't see any reason of why would you not add your adult site to search console. Porn sites are one of the most visited sites in the world :D

If there is a DMCA report against one or more of your videos, they will be anyways reported to Google, even if you don't add your site to webmaster tools. Google will remove from their index the reported LINKS (not whole site).
