Actively Maintained Tv/Movie Streaming CMS ?

Can anyone suggest currently developed/maintaned CMS to run mainly TV streaming/db site? What Id need it to do, it to autograb show/episodes info from tvmaze/tv.com etc and be able to add streaming links from 3rd party hosts to it. Ofcourse, im aware it wont be free.

Because you can write better code than tvmods.net, tvstreamcms.com (same script?) by just banging your head on the keyboard... like your Chaturbate Stream Ripper Bot?
I'm looking for alternative scripts other than the above mentioned sites i know.
