They did paid. 2 times per week. I'm doing affiliate with them. They give me $7 per qualified uploader referred and 25% lifetime bonus. They are developing a brand new system because the current system sucks (not sure, but i see a different page at beta.skipfile.com weeks ago but with FTP upload function and basic theme only)

At first, I was very enthusiastic about them, since they give at least 700 kbps DL speed for Guests, but 2 weeks have already passed since I requested payment and no response . Neither from their Support . Other threads also put them in Scam List. Screen for my due pay:
