to get listed, go to a category the site you're trying to submit, hit submit URL. Fill out the information, and submit it. Just follow the guidelines very closely. It will take a while, and I do mean a while before they get around to you though. I've waited up to a year.

Just go to specific category and submit your site according to DMOZ's guidelines. if it match the the guidelines then it will be approved by the site administrator.
