You never get a server suitable for your website ingnoring the status of your website.Then,what is your status? You should careof points blew:1what type of website are you building?2Do you need window app?3Do you require a special software like php or asp?4what software in your website?5How many is the volume of traffic on your website? plus,you need to ask your hosting company whether your server upgrade or not in terms of growth of website.This is first bar.

I'm assuming you're talking about shared hosting, and between Linux and Windows applications. In researching prospective web hosting providers, you first must determine your specific hosting requirements and your budget. Do you really need a 128GB SSD drive when your site isn't going to be bigger than 2GB anyway? Is the data you post on your site going to be mission critical? If it is, you better research some offsite backup solutions as well. Just as a note: RAID arrays are NOT backup solutions.
