Buying A presentation and word document

I need an assignment. A powerpoint presentation about Ballpoint Pen,
a brochure for the Ballpoint Pen and a covering letter in which you should tell customers why they should buy this product.
the brochure and letter need to be made in Microsoft word.

I have a sample of pencil which i am posting and i need the same type on Ball point pen,
