A message error is popping in my RDP

An annoying message is popping out in my RDP and causing a disconnection from it and I can't work like this please help me

It basically says that the the session is diconnected because of an error of the product's protocol. Try to reconnect.

Why don't you get help from the provider?

He is not replying to my ticket -_- on purpose only replied to my paid invoice !

Packet loss maybe? Or network problems...
