A Legal site?

well guys i am thinkingof opening a new site but it should be 100% legal ..right now we have two idea one is to make a asite download.com and second is jokes and humor website .....it would be nice to get some different idea's and if anyone can help in making this ...the revenue can be shared :delighted:

i know thats a real good idea ....seo is also not a problem the problem is i am unable to get a script like download.com uses can anyone help me in this
