any recommendations on how to make uploads remain consistent fast speeds? my upload speed on this site goes up and down from 1MB/sec down to 700KB/s then up too 850KB/s etc it's all over the place lol. can we get a flash upload method or is there any other way to maintain consist upload speeds? BTW i'm liking the site though
