3.8 or 4

i want to make a forum and want to add vb but i m really confused whether i should add vb 3.8 or vb 4...please tell me which one is good and which one should i go for?

haha i like vb 3.8 but i was got an error that's why i installed vb4)

i was using vb4 but due to less mods at that moment i downgraded to vb3.
