files are kept permanently in the server
but we have the option in cases of congestion to delete inactive files that have period of 60 days or maybe 30 days of inactivity

ok remote upload will be increased to 512 mb after 2 days ( but in test mode if it goes bad i'll reduce it again to 100 or 200 mb )
