the remote URL upload method hasn't been working for a couple days now. each time i try to remote URL upload, it says the connection has timed out. just letting u know about the issue so it can be resolved. thanks

We disabled upload features for couple of hours to fix it ASAP and update the system

we never ban users who upload porn we just send warning because its not allowed

well, I had 2.4TB of storage, now 869GB's. I doubt they were reported as no one could download them, "link not available".
Did your servers crash and recovery was minimal?

I wont be able to recover so many lost files, iman

I have a large amount of files that can't be downloaded same as ballwin "link not available", I have tried remote uploading them over again but the new files end up the same & can't be downloaded.

Can you fix this or make it so files can be downloaded again or new remote uploads of the files can be downloaded?

I started with this file host 3-4 months ago. This host is really fast in Upload, Download and Service.
