1fichier Difference Cold Storage - Hot Storage

I have a 1fichier Premium Account. This Statistics on my account is new. I think Cold Storage are unused files.
Will 1fichier delete the files (more than 2 TB) soon ??? I thought Premium Accounts have unlimited hot storage and cold storage up to 100TB

Is it true that 1fichier changed Terms Of Service on 19 June 2018 and cold storage (unused files) is only up to 2 TB for premium accounts???

Meanwhile I got a answer from 1fichier:

Hello,

Premium subscription include by default 2TB of cold storage.

More will be invoiced as extents.

Everything will be on the website
