I can't agree, because MANY hosts are gone exactly because of DMCA ignore policy...

Where you saw such thing - $30 for Premium? They dont have Premium but Premium Paid packages and the prices are a lot more than $30..

Well if you have 60K plays monthly, yes will cost you $30, but not everybody have such plays

DMCA ignore hosts will change the way copyright is handled on the internet, I don't think it will be good when changes are made.
