I can't login, so I can't submit a ticket to the help desk. This is ridiculous, can I just have my money back????? If can't get a response in 24 hours, I don't want to have an account that I paid for, without customer service, and that I can't use.

hi, I was a premium member of filesonic for i think 3 months, canceled it, renewed it and before i could download the first link I got a message saying that my ip had been blocked for suspicious activity....is it suspicious that I paid for an account????????
