Assuming you're using Windoze, you have everything you need! Why not just play the movie in fullscreen in what ever media player you use, pause it at the scene you want & hit the PrtScn key - Then make any edits in MSPaint :facepalm:

Yeah, but that's down to site content/usage. People/companies cannot register an individual word as "Theirs". A phrase or slogan (For advertising purposes) - Yes, but not a word (Or letter, or common combination of letters). You've no worries on the name, unless you use "Facebook" as 1...
