What's the tld? (.us .eu ...etc) For some country code tlds you can't use private whois protection. EX: .us domians. But they don't monitor and check every domain. Maybe your domain has been reported.

It's the same company as Netrouting.nl. I think Netrouting separates VPS bussiness to XenEurope. They use Xen virtualization which can hardly be oversell compared to OpenVZ. The server my VPS on is Dual-Core AMD Opteron Processor 2212. Not a good server spec in my opinion.
