Dealing with Doodstream support

Honestly, I truly like Doodstream and I'm not trying to say anything bad about the platform.

But I'm dealing with a problem so maybe someone here can help

I'm getting complaints from people/viewers saying that videos are NOT showing up on mobile. The embed, seems to be getting blocked for a lot of people

I don't think support understands the problem.

1) They're asking for screen captures. (Of what??? The embed doesn't show up.. So you see nothing)
2) Then they ask 'which videos'. (It's the embeded player and not a single video)

Anyone have a solution ?

ahh
So their domains are blocked. I suspect there's no work around?

Because I've got a LOT of videos on doodstream.
In that case, there’s no other choice but to ask your subscribers to change their DNS settings—but you know just as well as I do that people don’t have the time to go through that process; they want the video right away

Which one are you using?
It depends; personally, my viewers mostly come from Europe. https://streamcash.to/ is the best choice for me right now since they pay more for Europe than Vidara does for example, check the rate

I meant they pay more for France; that's where my main target audience comes from.

Indeed, their domains have been blocked in several countries, including FR.

Before being into the video hosting industry, we were using Dood for video streaming, the UI (that inspired our service) and payments were smooth, but the support was generally late or not available. Unless they reroute their embeds into new domains (they did that several times in 2023 before giving up), it is unfortunately done for them.

Is there any host that will import all the videos that I've uploaded to doodstream?
Because doing them 1 at a time will take weeks.
