A: You can upload files up to 1 GB per video (via Web Upload, Remote Upload, or Torrent Mirroring) in Free mode. Premium users can upload single files of several GB.

Q: What is the maximum storage allocation?
A: You can upload files up to 100 GB of content (via Web Upload, Remote Upload, or Torrent Mirroring) in Free mode. Premium users have no limits.

Q: Can I customize player settings?
A: Yes! From your dashboard, you can:
• Restrict video embeds to your specific domain names (Prevent iframe hotlinking).
• Hide/Show the direct download button for viewers.
• Toggle Anti-AdBlock enforcement.
• (Coming soon) Enable subtitle burning (SRT) directly onto encoded streams.

Q: How does Remote Upload & Torrent Mirroring work?
A: Remote upload works directly via HTTP/HTTPS links. Torrent ingestion is fully automated: paste the magnet link or torrent file, and encoding starts as soon as downloading completes.

Q: How are payouts processed?

All pending videos (waiting to be encoded) have been processed, and we have greatly improved the encoding process, which is now way faster, and only takes several seconds to encode a file in most cases.

Well, I'm still working on it. I will let you know once those features will be operational.
They should be delivered before Sept. 20.
 
May I also suggest one thing? It would be a great function to have in settings.
Automatically, 3x3 splash thumbnail is generated for all videos. It would be very helpful to have 1x1 splash snapshots generated as well, maybe as a function to choose it in our personal settings.

We’ve just rolled out a new update with several improvements and requested features:
  • API Improvements: New routes have been enabled under /api/v1/, making it much easier to programmatically manage your files and folders.
  • Dual Thumbnails (Grid & Single): All newly uploaded videos now generate both a 3x3 grid thumbnail and a standard 1x1 poster. You can choose your preferred default display (grid vs. full image for video pages and embeds, alongside with the custom thumbnail adding feature previously added) directly in your account settings.
  • Subtitle Fixes: Resolved an issue where deleting custom subtitles failed to clean up properly.
  • Payout Tiers Update: Traffic from Egypt and India will remain in Tier 7 for now, as ad network rates for these regions are currently capped. We’ll re-evaluate this as demand and revenue grow.

All withdrawals are processed using BEP20 tokens (USDC, USDT) and BNB.
TRC20 tokens (like USDTRC) are not handled at the moment.

We will add more withdrawal methods in the upcoming months.

Hi,

Your account's earnings have been temporarily frozen following an automated flag by our fraud detection system regarding your traffic quality.

A detailed analysis of your video views logs reveals multiple indicators characteristic of automated/generated traffic (viewbotting):

  1. Referrer Spoofing: Over 90% of your incoming traffic presents completely unrelated and arbitrary external referrers (such as oracle.com, webmd.com, hdfcbank.com, steamcommunity.com, etc.) instead of natural direct links, embed players, or referral sources.
  2. User-Agent Anomalies: High rotation of synthetic User-Agents across single sessions, including impossible or non-existent browser versions.
  3. Proxy & Data Center IP Usage: A significant portion of the requests originates from Data Center ASNs, known proxy networks, and hosting providers rather than legitimate Residential Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Furthermore, your traffic cycles through rotating proxy pools, generating views from completely unrelated geographic locations within seconds of each other.
  4. Interval & Pattern Automation: Views requesting your content (11429–11438) arrive at strict, periodic intervals (every 1 to 3 minutes continuously), cycling through the exact same IP addresses across different videos.
Our advertising partners automatically reject this type of traffic, and we cannot pay out balance generated through invalid impressions.

What to do next:

If you believe this is a false positive and that your traffic is genuine, please DM us and provide verifiable proof of how and where your links are being distributed (e.g., screenshots of your community pages, active campaigns, traffic sources, or platform analytics showing real engagement).

Once we receive valid documentation, our team will review your case and reconsider the freeze.

Your account was flagged because of suspect traffic. It seems that the views are generated by an automated script paired with rotating IP addresses and very suspicious User-Agents to simulate bursts of views on your videos catalog. Moreover, the ad networks we are working with did not pay for the traffic you have brought.

If you can DM us and provide more details on the origin of the traffic (website, Google Analytics metrics correlated to the website(s) hosting your videos, or any other proof of organic user acquisition), we will gladly review your case and adjust your status or earnings if everything complies with our terms of service.

Just as a reminder, attempts to generate revenue via unethical methods, bot traffic, or third-party apps will lead to account freeze, monetization freeze or account suspension.

Hello, it depends on the traffic range, we can discuss about that in DM.

Also, as stated in our previous merged message, our Referral program is now live. It does include:
  • Earn 10% lifetime earnings of each referral.
  • Earn a 30% commission every time your referred users upgrade to Premium.
We are also working on adding PayPal as method of payment (premium) and withdrawal.

Did you upload it using direct upload, remote upload or torrent?
Was it a MKV file upload, or regular MP4? If not, what is the original file extension?

Did you try to delete it and reupload it? Since it is the first time ever that there is such issue on Videro, and all the other videos plays correctly.
I just checked the encoding logs, there were no issue regarding that file. This is strange. Did you try with the same file from another source?

I had several files, so I deleted them because none of them worked,,,same problem,,I will contact you via support ticket
 
The issue has been sorted.
Here is a summary:

🛠️ Fix: Video playback & audio issues with certain file formats​


We wanted to share a quick update regarding a bug affecting video playback and missing sound on some uploaded files (especially unsupported video codecs like HEVC/H.265 or files with non-standard audio codecs like EAC3).

What was the issue?

Our transcoding pipeline used an automated "fast copy" optimization to speed up processing whenever it detected certain stream profiles. However, this caused some files with unsupported video or audio streams to bypass necessary conversions, resulting in videos that wouldn't play correctly (black screen or loading errors for HEVC files) or had no audio on standard web browsers.

What have we fixed?
  • We've updated our transcoding engine to strictly analyze both video and audio codecs before any processing starts.
  • The system now intelligently splits its strategy: if a video codec is web-safe but the audio format is unsupported (such as EAC3), it performs a video stream copy while properly re-encoding the audio into AAC. For unsupported video formats (like HEVC/H.265), it forces a complete and reliable re-encoding into H.264 and AAC.
  • Affected pending jobs have already been reprocessed through the new pipeline.
Everything should now work smoothly across all browsers. If you notice any other playback issues, please feel free to let us know!
