A:
• Free users: Inactive files (0 views) are kept for 60 days before auto-cleanup.
• Premium users: Files are retained indefinitely as long as your subscription is active.

Q: What is the maximum file upload size?
A: You can upload files up to 1 GB per video (via Web Upload, Remote Upload, or Torrent Mirroring) in Free mode. Premium users can upload single files of several GB.

Q: What is the maximum storage allocation?
A: You can upload files up to 100 GB of content (via Web Upload, Remote Upload, or Torrent Mirroring) in Free mode. Premium users have no limits.

Q: Can I customize player settings?
A: Yes! From your dashboard, you can:
• Restrict video embeds to your specific domain names (Prevent iframe hotlinking).
• Hide/Show the direct download button for viewers.
• Toggle Anti-AdBlock enforcement.
• (Coming soon) Enable subtitle burning (SRT) directly onto encoded streams.

Q: How does Remote Upload & Torrent Mirroring work?
A: Remote upload works directly via HTTP/HTTPS links. Torrent ingestion is fully automated: paste the magnet link or torrent file, and encoding starts as soon as downloading completes.

Q: How are payouts processed?

Hi, I see the storage is 100 GB, and the inactive file period is 60 days. So, can you reduce it to just 2 weeks, because my viewers like new videos? You can do that only on my account

I DMed you regarding the thumbnails to get clarifications.
Regarding the ads removal when watching your own videos, this is a premium feature. But you can still use an adblocker if you wish to remain a free user.

1 GB for free users is quite low, since even a standard WEBRip or a reasonably good-quality SD movie can easily exceed 1 GB. The 4 GB Premium limit also feels somewhat limited for longer or higher-quality videos.

It might be worth increasing these limits a little, for example to 2–3 GB for free users and at least 6–10 GB for Premium. I think that would make the service much more practical for uploaders.

The upload limitations have been updated on Aug. 23, here are the current limits:
  • Free users: 3GB max per file
  • Premium users: 5GB max per file
But we will increase the limitation for Premium users, going up to 6 GB per file.

We have adjusted the inactivity period for your account bobwatcherx to 14 days as requested. Videos on your account that haven't received views for more than 14 days will now be automatically purged to keep your storage clear. We also see that you have several accounts, feel free to tell us if you would like to apply this rule on both of them. If you wish to remove that 14-days inactivity period afterwards, you can reach us out on WJunction or by submitting a ticket in our Support.
 
Can you add the parameter &status=ready to the /file/list API. Ready means the video is ready to be watched, not processing or having errors so that when the viewer opens the video it doesn't...Disappointed because the video is still being processed or there is an error

Hello,

A few things have been added on Videro today:

Changelog
  • Subtitles: users can now import custom subtitles (.vtt and .srt files). They can be selected directly from the player afterwards (in a new subtitles icon).
  • Upload limitations: premium users can now upload up to 6 GB per file (3 GB for free users).
  • MKV handling: encoding should now process correctly both the multiple audio sources and the subtitles sources.
  • Custom thumbnail: users can now import a custom thumbnail for each video. Just right-click on a video and click Thumbnail to change it.
  • Enhanced encoding process: the delay between an upload and the end of the encoding process has been reduced.
  • API fixed on /file/list: the splash image is now correctly fetched in the API request. Moreover, a status parameter has been added, so what you can check if the file is ready or not. The API documentation has been updated as well.
In progress
  • Supporting more hosts on Remote Upload
  • Bugs fixing (UI & server-side)
  • Enabling exporting direct links for thumbnails
  • Ads removal when the user is watching his own videos

We are moving forward. Slowly, but surely.
 
disable you CORS API .so I don't need to set up a backend to request data, and it can be accessed directly from HTML without an intermediary backend.

Hi!

We have updated our API server settings.
CORS is now fully enabled on all /api/v1/ endpoints for client-side web requests. You can now call the API directly from your browser code without needing an intermediary backend.

The HTTP 500 error on preflight requests (OPTIONS) has also been fixed. Make sure to pass your API key either via query parameters (?key=YOUR_API_KEY) or in the headers (x-api-key).

Which is true earnings there are 2 columns both show different values.

Dashboard earnings shows $0.42 while reports shows $0.81 which one to believe.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Here is what was happening and how we resolved it:
  1. Fluctuating Views: View counts depend directly on daily organic traffic, unique viewer IP sessions, and ad-blocker filtering. Variations between days (e.g., 400 vs 50 views) are normal depending on user engagement and audience location.
  2. Earnings Discrepancy (Dashboard vs Reports): You were completely right to point this out. There was a synchronization bug in how real-time daily earnings (usd_today) were carried over and displayed in the Reports section versus the main Dashboard balance.
  3. The Fix: We have deployed a database sync patch. Your true earnings are now reflected in your updated Account Balance, and the Reports tab has been adjusted to match it accurately.
Everything is now aligned in real-time. Feel free to refresh your dashboard and let us know if you encounter any other issues!

I tried testing the download link, but before I even clicked anything, the webpage suddenly switched to an advertisement. I’ve tried multiple times, but the same thing keeps happening; the page automatically redirects to an ad without me clicking anything.
