Quick annoucement:
We've added 3 new edge servers covering the overload capacity. Another one will be added tomorrow so slow streaming will be fully solved. Now we have over 1.6Tbps capacity.
We've made an order for 20 new upload servers they should be delivered untill friday so upload problems will be solved as well.
We've made an order for 5 new encoding servers, currently we do not observe encoding slowdowns (mostly transfers but they were related to uplink overload). However it's always good to have some backup slots.
IMPORTANT: In the night Between 30-31 May starting at 23:00 UTC our platform along with our partner and servers provider SprintCDN will not be available due to important network infrastructure work involving firmware and hardware upgrades. Our platform will not be available for 3-8 hours it means, our website,videos,servers will not be available.. Please ensure you have backup player enabled during that time.

Why do all the videos when opened just load and there's no play button? I've waited 10 seconds and there's no play button.
