I am getting this message when I open the http://boobsjuggs.net/boobsjuggs site I am getting this message

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 18612224) (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/bjdotnet/public_html/boobsjuggs/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1057

How can I resolve this issue.

My hosting provider messaged me - your websites are using known high resource applications Wordpress which are pretty inefficient and buggy in themselves.

I don't understand your host. 18 meg used asking for 122k more is too much?
Ridiculous most gave 64 meg with the old systems and now give 128meg.

I would find a new host.
