What is NO1 File Host Site ( with ref not free like MF ) for Downloaders ?

What do u think is the File host Site Number 1 for Downloaders??

Sure i do not mean Free file Hosting sites like 4shared and Mediafire....
What i mean is the sites that pay for uploaders

I try to upload some files to Hotfile and Fileserve so i noticed that HF downloads is Much more than FS for same type of content ( not warez )

So please share here your opinion and tests please to get more info about NO1 site for Downloaders

If you are not going with warez or any "complaining dmca" files, you should go for hotfile. i am sure you will have more earning more than 100% on filesonic, wupload,etc...
I can say that because I am still using hotfile even 'till today
